The 3- Circle model of Agriculture Education  informs everything we do.

Check out more info below on how we apply each circle at Warren Tech

Our "classroom" is a 4 acre site on the Warren Tech Central campus, complete with 2 commercial greenhouses, high tunnels, landscape and irrigation demo areas, field production space, and a tool shop. Along with high school credits, students have the opportunity to earn college credits through Front Range Community College. We focus on 4 main units to help students develop a strong horticultural foundation: Plant Science, Soil Science, Greenhouse Management, and Irrigation.

SAE

Supervised Agricultural Experience, or SAE, provides students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience in agriculture, using their classroom knowledge to develop valuable skills that will serve them well in the future. Students can create their own SAE project, or they can join in and work at our school-based enterprise: ACRES Farm and Nursery.

FFA

FFA is a national organization that provides leadership opportunities to students through agriculture education. Through local, state, and national connections, our chapter helps students develop personal growth, community service, and career success. Our goal is to equip our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed both in and beyond the realm of agriculture.
